Mr. Finance was once a successful investment banker named Mark Robinson, who had a passion for helping people make sound financial decisions. One day, while attending a conference on financial management, Mark was exposed to a strange gas that had been released in the venue by an unknown villain. The gas triggered a genetic mutation within Mark's body, giving him the ability to control money and currency with his mind.

As Mr. Finance, Mark has two primary abilities. The first is the power to create and control currency. He can manipulate banknotes and coins with his mind and can even cause them to appear out of thin air. This is how he is able to produce banknotes from the inside of his suit.

His second ability is the ability to blast streams of money at his enemies. By focusing his energy, he can create a concentrated blast of coins and banknotes that can knock down his foes or destroy objects in his path.

Tab Man is a notorious villain who preys on people's financial vulnerabilities. He is a waiter who tempts his customers with expensive menu items and persuades them to purchase items they cannot afford. He then charges exorbitant amounts of interest on the unpaid bills, plunging his victims into debt. Tab Man has a powerful hold over his victims, and Mr. Finance sees it as his duty to stop him and protect people from his manipulations.
